Meneleo has more than twenty-five (25) years of legal experience in various fields of law, including Immigration, Family Law, Criminal Law, Litigation, Corporate, Labor and Taxation. He was first licensed in his home country, the Philippines, in 1996 and in the State of Oregon, in 2010. He also used to be a professor of various law subjects both at the law school and collegiate level.

His current practice for the firm focuses on Immigration and Nationality Law, Family Law and Criminal Defense (DUII and Misdemeanors).

He is a diehard Real Madrid fan and is a card-carrying Madridista. When he is not watching real football, he is probably watching the USC Trojans and the Oregon Ducks Collegiate Football teams. Aside from sports, he is also into collecting vinyl records (mostly 80’s New Wave music) which he plays in one of his four (4) Technics 1200 Turntables.
