Thalia J. Radey
Thalia’s primary experience is in handling Family Law matters of all types including Divorce; modification of Custody and Child Support; Termination of Parental Rights and Adoption; Protection Orders and No Contact Orders; as well as Guardianships of both Minors and Adults that are differently abled. Thalia’s interests also include Criminal Law, and Simple Estate Planning and Wills.
In her down time, Thalia enjoys spending time with her husband of twenty years, Thomas (“TJ”), their blended family, their bonus children, and their dog, Pepper. Thalia and TJ enjoy traveling, hiking, camping, and music of all types. Thalia is a co-founder and board member of The Steadfast Center, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit that strives to empower women to create strong, successful, healthy, and happy futures through education, financial assistance, & resources. Thalia is also a board member of Operation Rudolph, Inc., a newly formed non-profit organization currently in the process of obtaining 501(c)(3) status. Operation Rudolph’s mission is to ensure that children and adults with disabilities or developmental delays receive Christmas gifts that correspond to their developmental age or disability rather than their biological age.
Educational Background
Thalia started her journey to the legal field at the University of Wisconsin- Marinette (now known as the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay, Marinette Campus), where she obtained her Associate of Arts and Sciences. She transferred to the University of Green Bay where she graduated Cum Laude with majors in Social Change and Development, with a Law and Justice Emphasis; History; and Political Science. Thalia also had additional focus on Psychology and Women and Gender Studies coursework.
In 2013, Thalia and TJ moved to Boise where Thalia attended and graduated from Concordia University School of Law. At Concordia, Thalia’s primary course work was focused on Family and Criminal Law.
